Are tickets guaranteed?

Are seats together?
Seating arrangements vary by listing:

  • Single Seats: Not adjacent.
  • Up to 2 Together: Maximum of two seats side-by-side.
  • Up to 3 Together: Up to three seats together.
  • Up to 4 Together: Up to four seats together.
  • All Seats Together: Entire group seated in the same area.
  • Connecting Seats: Seats may be next to each other or diagonally aligned, possibly separated by aisles.

What is the exact seat location?
Exact seat numbers are often unavailable at booking because suppliers receive allocations late. Listings will specify general areas like sections or blocks. If your original seats become unavailable, sellers may upgrade your seats but will not downgrade them without your approval.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are usually released by venues up to 14 days before the event. You will receive an email notification once your tickets are sent.

Electronic tickets (PDF or mobile) are delivered within 14 days of the event date. PDF tickets can be printed at home, while mobile tickets may require an app.

How are tickets delivered?
Electronic tickets are sent via email or through an app within 14 days before the event, with detailed instructions included.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your Order Reference Number to update your delivery address. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Can I cancel my tickets?
Cancellations and refunds are only allowed if the event is fully cancelled without rescheduling. For postponed events, refunds will be issued. Alternatively, you can resell your tickets on our website, subject to a 25% administration fee.
